Fastest Production Car?
You guys are way off topic. The fastest production car would have to be the Koenigsegg...well...the Swedes claim it to be faster than the McLaren.
Bugatti Veyron is up there, but the world still awaits until we see Top Gear getting their hands on it and f-ing it up on the tracks. tongue.gif:

I love the chrylester 4 12 but that it way out of price range even if you are a doctor. I want a Viper Venum, a v10 superchaged and do a twin turbo setup and 200 shot, somebody has the same setup with his plain old viper (no super), so mine will be faster
he has a dyno with 1005 at the wheels and uses it on street.

Thats psychotic, i see the same viper every friday flying down Addison Rd. it definatly does not look street legal, i wonder why dont they let cars like Skylines be street legal here but a Viper yes? Be weary i posted in the 2nd or 3rd post the fastest cars 0-60, idk what the Koenigssesc CC or whatever its called isnt 250+ like the Buggati,
Does it really matter anyway? More cylinders you have, the more you'll be able to push further. Reaching top speed is absolute sh!t, b/c it takes too long to achieve it. A closed track/road course is where you test the true speed of a production, where suspension, weight, and power ALL play a role in breaking down who's the fastest. Sort of levels the ground for the 4-bangers like the Evo and STi...giving them a chance to compete with the big boys.
'course...it would still be nice if your car can still escape the po-po within a 1/4 mile stretch before making left and rights. tongue.gif:
