Suzuki introduces the Concept-S at the North American International Auto Show
Suzuki has introduced the Concept-S at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The Concept-S comes in a 3-door hatchback style with a 1.6L DOHC 16-valve engine, 6-speed sequential transmission and four-wheel-drive system. The Concept-S features the "video game-style" steering wheel, which has controls for the transmission, hand brake, turn signals and windshield wipers. The air conditioner and stereo systems are controlled by a cellular phone-sized touch screen in the dash. It also features the Advanced Navigation System and an MP3 player. Other advanced features include: an intelligent key card to lock, unlock and start the car, and a fingerprint identification system, that automatically adjusts the suspension to preset levels for different drivers.
Suzuki currently has no plans to produce the Concept-S.
