Speaks for itself.

I do like Ford's reply about how they are getting picked on for being the #1 truck for 39 years.

Well, even though I used to own an F250, and still want(ed) one, I have no loyalty when it comes to them both. This video definitely prevents me from owning their new aluminum bodies.

Doesn't really matter to me, but this test is about as meaningful as seeing which one makes a better submarine. Nobody who pays $30k+ for a truck is going to drop concrete blocks in the bed from 6 feet up without at least a bedliner. I bought my F150 because my friend is the finance manager at Gaudin Ford and I got a price lower than the lowest one I could find online with zero negotiating. Sticker was over $38k, I got it for $26,500. I didn't really want a full size truck. I was looking at Colorados, but the dealer wanted $36K for the only one they had in stock. That was $500 off sticker. I won't be buying another new truck. I'm replacing the VG30i motor in my '87 Hardbody with a newer VG33e out of a Frontier to replace my F150 in two years. That's when I either get my Tesla 3 or whatever American sports car is hot at the time. Thinking GT350.

Since when does a spray-in bedliner prevent dents? I don't believe they strengthen what they coat. They only prevent rust and scratches. I'd like to see it get hit the same with Line-X.

My Nissan has Rhino Lining. It's about 1/4" thick. When I drop stuff on it, it bounces. My F150 came from the factory with a drop-in that definitely would have prevented any dents.

Even so... Would you do that to a truck you spent north of $30-$50k on? I'd have the blocks on a pallet, or I'd dump them in a lot smoother/slower than that.

So am I the only one around here who refuses to click on Forbes or Yahoo links at all, ever, due to the shittiness of the sites?
