my old roomie had like a 99 e36 or whatever the regular version of the M3 was back then. it had a fvcked up drive shaft that hit the surrounding body work so you'd hear it smack on metal sometimes lol, other than that it was cool.

I've only driven in it, but i'd like to drive one some day. I think there's actually a lot of truth behind them being "the ultimate driving machine"
