Interesting timing as Krafcik has a Think Tank chat session scheduled for tonight.

Tipped to preview the next-generation Genesis coupe, the HND-9 is so named as the ninth concept from Hyundai’s Namyang design studio, and shows the way forward for the company’s styling with sleek and taut lines punctuated by angular dynamic elements. Inside sits a 3.3-liter V6 with turbochager and direct injection to drive 362 horsepower to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Closer to reality:

Auto 'sports cars' are super gay
Direct injection has been around since the 90s so don't be acting fresh
Send it to australia with a manual for less than 30k plz

Whats really crazy is...if tuning is figured out quickly, I bet you could hit 500 horses easily with an upgraded turbo, new injectors, and the tune with a 100% fully stock block and internals.
Lets hope it has a decent clutch/flywheel combo that wont slip and fail if you add more than 10 HP extra to it.

Lol wheels_ you speak the truth.
I don't like the front crease. From what I know about Korean design is, Korean design suck. Leave it to California or Europe, preferably Italy.

In the chat session last night, Krafcik said the concept shows the direction they're going for the next Genesis Coupe.
"The next Genesis Coupe..."
"...it will be gorgeous"
suggests some definite changes to the vehicle, likely the same model year that the 3.3T is released.
