ok, i feel really stupid for not being able to do this (in that i did the auto -> 5spd swap on my tib)....how in the hell do you get the window crank off of a 2004 accent? i don't see a clip when i push the door panel in! thanks!

 

Most manual window regulator handles I've ever met are a very-tight friction fit. There's a special fatass split screwdriver/flat+wide spanner for removing them. I don't know about Accents in particular, just in general they "all" pop right off. Unless you pull sideways or don't use the tool, then they break.
