hey guys, I need your expertise!!

my dad drives a 2002 Dodge Caravan, V6 3.8L, AWD @ 150,000KM

recently he noticed that the engine takes about 2-3 seconds before it starts from cold.
I think it's time to change spark plugs and wires (any other advices?)

so i looked in the engine bay, and the front 3 is easy to access but the rear 3 is almost impossible to reach.

any suggestions/techniques on how to reach the rear 3 spark plugs/wires?

thanks in advance!!

http://www.faqfarm.com/Q/How_do_you_change...e_Grand_Caravan

those people are saying that its easiest to do it from the bottom. i know its for a 97, but i'm sure its the same engine/difficulty

also, someone said to move the intake manifold

If it was a pre 2000 caravan I would of said just wait for the tranny to crap out and have the garage change the plugs while they're in there. Everyone I know, including myself, has had tranmission problems with their older Caravans.

on the ol taco wagon a spring actually shot out of the housing

so they put the spring back in and welded it worked fine after that

WORSE thing on those cars are the stupidest setup for axles ever i sware i could change a axle in 15 minutes it got rediculas(sp?)(like 20 axles in a good say 5 years)

thats what autozone gets for offering lifetime axles lmao.gif
