~8piston K-sport Brakes Installed~
#1
my roommate's been blowing ton's of cash lately, and this is the newest thing to be installed. in the past month, its also got a brand new set of TEIN coilover set up, synapse diaphram-less BOV, kosei K1's, with brand new winter tire's, and addco sway bars all around with upgraded endlinks.
in the garage, and still to be installed is a full autopower roll cage, K-Sport Hydralic ebrake!, carbon fiber hood, new side skirts, battery relocation, custom geared trans with a Quaife lsd, and a few other things i wont mention yet.
14 inch, 8 pot calipers, sooo sweet!
the clearence between the KOSEI's and the caliper

do those rims have dual airstem holes?
just wondering cause i see two red caps on the rims is all.

tire's are filled with nitrogen instead of air. so it had dual caps to vent the air as the tire is filled with nitrogen.
The Benefits to Using Nitrogen
Consistent inflation pressure over longer periods
- Nitrogen permeates through the tire at a rate of 35% slower that oxygen (air)
- Under inflated tires flex and build up heat, breaking down the rubber over time
- 60% of blowouts are caused by under inflation
- Consistent inflation improves tread life
- Vehicle handling is improved
Longer Tire Life
- Nitrogen is a dry gas which disperses heat more rapidly resulting in cooler running tires. This preserves the integrity of the rubber, belts, and bead
- This inert gas also significantly slows the chemical aging process associated with oxygen and moisture (air)
Improved fuel efficiency

he bought the rim and tire set up off online, and they shipped them out like that. if he ever wants to change tire's, i dunno what he's gonne do. i dont think theres anywhere local to us that actually does it either.
