Denis, can you list everything that is included in the full 2nd rail also a list of the partial kit. Take some pictures as well if you can.

I think I might get your magic box. wink1.gif

You should add your modified MAF to the list.

here's some pics and a quick description of each item

complete extra injector spacer kit includes the following:<ul>[*]the spacer itself[*]fuel rail made from extrusion specialy made for fuel rails[*]fuel rail mounting lug for long and short injectors[*]9 longer intake manifold studs[*]2 intake gaskets[*]high pressure fuel injection Gates or Dayco rubber fuel hose[*]required high pressure hose clamps[*]required fitting and a 5/16" "T" fitting for hooking it up to your existing fuel hose[*]intake manifold bracket spacers[*]cruise control relocating bracket[*]required bolts, nuts and washers[*]zip ties[*]instructions
basicly, everything is included for a trouble free installation with common hand tools

Partial (intermediate) kit includes the following:<ul>[*]the spacer itself[*]fuel rail made from extrusion specialy made for fuel rails[*]fuel rail mounting lug for long and short injectors[*]9 longer intake manifold studs
turbo box
sorry no picture,
it's a little black electronic box wich used in conjuction with the SMT-6 forces the ECU into open loop
this makes tuning MUCH easier, and gives you better fuel control
wiring is quite simple only 5 wires to hook up

here's a picture of two oversized beta throttle bodies
TB is disassembled and parts are checked
each part is glassbeaded to get a like new finish
TB housing is then bored out to 58mm
a new butterfly is made of of T6 aluminium
steel parts are painted black
cooling tube are removed for the beta1 TB's

here's a picture of our accent rear disc brake brackets
this lets you install the tiburon rear disc brake on 1995 and up accent with only common hand tools,no machine work to do,no grinding

Tanc, i forgot about hose
but i should be adding more cool stuff later this week ;-)

Redz, i was convinced that pricing has been sent to you a while ago,i'll get that your way tomorrow

interesting, can you give us a bit more on the black box? how is it going to change tuning? will it be useful on a single rail setup?

I know jay's a big fan of it. wink1.gif

Supercow,
to be honest,i've never tried it myself on a single rail system,
but it might be worth a shoto to try it,i'd say it might help you tune it a bit
what it basicly do is quite simple
force the ecu into open loop under boost this has for effect to let you run the A/F you want underboost (partial and full load) without the ECU trying to figth back your settings

Redz,
i've came up with 895can$ but i'll have to comfirm,i was searching for the price and had to come back home in a hurry...

im positive that it'll be very useful with the single rail/larger injectors setup!!! fing02.gif (just as long as you are using the SMT-6. You have to have the SMT-6 for it to work. It may very well be a piggyback within a piggyback lol.gif wink1.gif )

yes, im a big fan of it because it works! and not to mention that denis is a great guy to deal with fing02.gif
