If you are going to use a Beta tranny, you have to use that part from a 2000-2005 Accent with an automatic tranny to fit your stock axles.

I'm using a beta 1 engine and tranny in my accent. And I'm using an alpine turbo kit for it.

Im 80% sure for the passenger side mount on the x3 you can use the beta 2 engine mount and drill a second spot for it on the bracket side to avoid making a custom mount yourself. I cant remember what years that worked for exactly though.

Using the alpha tranny is the easiest but since your tranny is in need of rebuild i would consider going for the beta tranny especially if you have any plans to boost. You will need to slot engine mounts and get axles to compensate for the tranny and engine shift. You can grab both axles from the 02 accent automatic they have the right dimensions and the lock rings are in the right place.
