My local Autozone has the calipers "new" (probably refurbished) for $90 per side with a $60 core charge. I'm just dragging back my Tib's caliper for the core, it's not like the autozone flunky will know the difference.
Rotors come cheap on rock auto and iirc you'll need the ones for the '05 Sonata so it's 4 lug

you can get the calipers anywhere but the brackets are whast discontiuned at advance/autzone/oreillys. your gonna have to source those online or at junkyard somewhere.

Call "All Hyundai and Isuzu Auto Recyclers" If you dont have luck finding some. There in Rancho Cordova (Sacramento area) and im sure I saw a couple XG350's there last week. They ship, 916-851-9858.
you can get loaded calipers at auto zone I think it's $300 for the front pair comes with brackets,pads,calipers ,, got mine with tax refund, (2005 xg350 loaded calipers) http://www.autozone.com/autozone/par.../N-jnfo5Z8knsz
