The elongated one to be specific or the whole adjuster this is for 2001 model

 

Have you checked auto parts or hardware stores to match? I needed a new bolt for the tensioner but it was the one that crosses the block found one in AutoZone that worked after the cashier told me I would have to check the junkyard or dealer because its a specific part.
