All the way back in March, I ordered a P&P on an IM and a phenolic spacer from Compact Divisions. I purchased the IM from another guy (so I could still use my car), who sent it directly to Craig (Compact Divisions). He got it just fine, did the P&P job, and sent it to me. It took a little longer than expected, however I have it, so no hard feelings over that, plus it looks great. This was all during March and April. However, he was out of the phenolic material at the time, and couldn't get that out to me. He said on May 5 that the spacer material wouldn't get in until mid-May. No biggie. That timeframe came and went and I still hadn't heard anything from him, so I emailed him again. June 4 I get a reply saying he has the material but didn't have a chance to machine it out, but would hopefully have it out within a week. I let another month go buy, just in case, but still got nothing. Now I don't even hear from him at all! I've tried numerous emails and PM'd him. I know he's there, as I tracked the PM and he read it within a day or two. But I still hear nothing! I don't mind that it's taking some time, but I just want to know what's going on! He was really good at first about replying to my emails within a day or two, but now I don't hear anything at all.
So Craig, I'm just asking for any sort of an update. Anything at all. I had to post it here because you've stopped replying to anything else, and now I have to get a 3rd party involved. I didn't want to make this public as you're such an awesome company, but something had to be done. I'm not asking that you get this thing made in the next 2 days, I'm not asking that you give me a refund, all I'm asking is for an update. Please!

Just as proof of what's been going on, I'll copy over all the emails and replies that I've gotten.

I'm ordering both the Phenolic spacers and a Port & Polish for the Beta I intake manifold. You can wait to send the spacers until the manifold is complete, to save on shipping.
I do need an address to ship the manifold to though, and hopefully some more information as to how that will work.

From there on I've heard nothing, although I've emailed and PM'd him multiple times.
