I think what the issue is, is that we have a Car Of The Month contest every month. As per our conversation at Nopi and a few days ago on IM, our Car Of The Month winner was going to get a free pack of products.
The Car of the Year winner was going to get a FULL pack.
If you hadn't seen our threads, here are some examples for this past month.

First, we put up a thread letting everyone know that submissions are open for COTM, and that anyone submitting needs to read the rules before they apply.
This month we had 4 folks enter.

Then we put up a thread that shows on the FRONT page to let everyone visiting the site know that the contest has started for the month.

Then we put up a thread with all of the entrants, their pictures, and their lists of Modifications, and start a vote, so everyone on the site gets ONE vote for their favorite car.

Lastly, we see who's got the most votes after a week, and that is our winner. Our COTY contest will have all 12 of our COTM's for the past year, and will be held in the next 2 months.
With all of this, there shouldn't be a need to have any other contest for them. We were just going to forward the winner's address to you as we discussed.
Let me know if you'd like us to change anything.
