I have been designing tattoos for my friends and random people through MySpace as well. If anyone needs an idea drawn up rather than waiting for the Tattoo Shop to get one going and then setting an appointment 3-5 months out, let me know what you have for an idea. I'll do my best to make it original. Plus, I copyright most of my material. If someone else uses it without my approval = big trouble! So you'll definitely be the only one with it, if need be.

I do have a rather unique style when it comes to certain things, so just let me know what you want, and we'll go from there... This would just be for the design, not actually GIVING a tattoo.
