Steering Wheel Boss?

Hi there,
I have a couple of questions about the steering wheel boss you sell. I'm basically after the dimensions of the hub (320mm / 350mm diameter as needs to fit a specific wheel [Isoatt Evoluzione]), and seeing as the steering wheel I wish to get does not have a horn button, how would I set up the horn - if at all?
