That's right, I finally got Speedhut to put the RD2 gauges on their website.
http://www.speedhut.com/custom_gauge_dial_...uto-Hyundai.htm NOTE, one is for MPH, one is for KPH, or you can get KPH on your MPH if you request it. Pics from our last group buy... http://www.rdtiburon.com/index.php?showtop...amp;hl=speedhut Last couple of pages have TONS of pics. RD1 owners, you can buy these if you want, but they won't fit your idiot lights right. You can either swap to a RD2 gauge cluster, deal with the idiot lights, or get me a RD1 gauge cluster and get 25 sets presold, and they'll make em. On another note, the RD2 gauge bezels are also in, but not on the site yet. They are Stainless, brushed I believe, and REAL METAL this time, not plastic like the last ones we had made. They are either $12.90 or $15.90 a set, I'm clarifying this right now, and getting pics, not to mention a set for me. I'll post more about them soon. The bad news here is all that's made is the MPH set for now. There seems to be some issue with redesigning them for the KPH bezels, so they just used the example drawing I sent them for the last set. LOL I'm talking to them now. |
is there going to be another group buy? or no?
Nope. I could set one up probably, but so could any of you if you wanted. Why do a group buy when they are finally ready to be ordered?
So we have nothing for the kph bezel set yet? What do they need to get those?
Correct. I'm working on it. The MPH ones are done because they used the drawing I sent them of the last set we had made, which were MPH. If they can't or won't design them, Nate has said he'll do it this time for us. It's just ONE ring, so it should be quick I think.
I'll keep you guys up to date. |
i should be able to do them in a few hours if i have the bezels here. its kinda hard with the oval bezel, thats why itll take a while. cant just polar array the notch's..
you guys will have to let me know how you want em though, like stock 'rectangle' or w/e so they can use the exact drawing i send em. |
stock looking, we have already been waiting long enough
Whatever works with stock and matches the style of the other ones I suppose.
How hard to install?
Check the DIY.
I'd say moderate difficulty. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being suckfest, a 4. |
