they connect to the bolt for the bottom of your seatbelt

 

Just lay the bar across the floor in your backseat push the bar against the center console and you should be able to figure it out from there.

If anything, email the seller, ask him, he'll tell you the same thing, maybe he'll set up an auction for a Tib floor brace. That would be your best scenario.
