It does if you select what you want from the dropdown menus at the right side. The foot rest is a $20 option and the clutch pedal is a $6 option. So to get the package you want it would be a total of $66.

I bet you anything, that is with the one with the footrest. If you look at the pics below, you'll see all the sets it comes with.

You set it to have what you want in it. Manual set, Auto set, with or without footrest, and with or without the new GK shifter arm. Price adjusts accordingly.
