Ok here is my problem. Hope Redz will help with it (I know he will).

Got my shipping from KSpec today. I orederd Bros Gauge faces, White Gauge bulbs, Smoked lense covers and front strut bar. First two items are in great condition. Smoked lense covers came shattered to pieces and the strut bar wasn't even in the box. All of it came in a strut bar box but the strut bar is missing. Customs paper that came with it doesn't even mention sturt bar and there is no invoice or the item listing present in the box (and I thought it would be). Post office claims that lense covers broke because of an inapropriate packaging (I have their document stating that the package came damaged and with missing items).

I have sent an e-mail to Kspec sales immediatelly and now am awaiting their answer. What is the normal procedure with this kind of things. I am sure I'll get what I paid for but I just wanted to see if there is any procedure I should follow now to get the items. Kspec web site says that I should send damaged goods to Kspec USA and get the new ones but what about missing goods??

Thanks for answer in advance wink1.gif

Quick response to your questions... You know that email you sent? How about waiting for an answer?

LOL, seriously though. They will take care of you. Don't worry and give them some time.

That is fine I know they will I just wanted to see if any of you have experience with this kind of things as I usually wait 4-7 days for them to answer to my mails or sometimes they even do not answer to those (it did happen on few occasions).

Anyway, I realized I have posted in a wrong forum as KSpec has their own forum.

My bad, I do not know why but I thought they have closed it and using this part of RD as their official forum. As I said I am guilty punish me Redz wink1.gif .

Oh yeah and lock this tread will post at their forum... after I get (or not their answer).
