I know a bunch of you said that some of the parts listed for the other cars will work with the 1st and 2nd gen tibs..i think we should make a list stating which parts will also work for the tibs, so that Bill can have a more complete parts list.

Okay, first thing is first. The Elantra ECU you have listed says 99-01. This should fit the 96-2001 Tiburons without a problem, as the Beta 2 didn't start till 2001. Please verify or get us a pic of this ECU plug so we can remove all doubt. We can get someone over there to check it out if need be.

The 1.8L we KNOW fits, I'm running a 1.8L 1998 Elantra ECU in my 2001 Tiburon right now. Works pretty damned good.

I need to double check but I'm pretty damned sure the Springs from the RD series Tiburon years will fit the 96-00 Elantras, same with dampers, same with Sway Bars.

The 2000-2001 Front Strut Bar will fit the 1996-99 Tiburon and the 1996-2000 Elantra.

Do you know if there are plans for a Rear bar for us?

2000 Elantra quick shifter will fit a 1996-2000 Elantra. Same one fits the 97-2001 Tiburons that you have noted.

Braided brake line kit. If they actually designed a set to fit the 2001 Tiburon, it will fit the 1996-2001 Tiburons, and 1996-2000 Elantras. Posting a pic would help here, we can tell you for sure.

I need to double check but the Beta 2 headers, listed for the 2003-2005 elantra will fit a 2001-2006 Elantra. They SHOULD also fit the RD series Tiburons and Elantras. I need to double check those though.

Pulleys, there are some differences, I should have a full list of the pecuilarities soon.

ok there is the rev a rds that wont fit a CAI without a bypass

oh and there is no such thing as a RD series elantra

there is a J1 and J2 though

Ok..Im going to post prices for the Tib stuff. The parts list is listed how he found it from HMA.

As far as chassis codes go, they are listed as they are from HMA

the RD Elantra...I think its 96-2000..I'll confim it. I know there was the whole RD/RD2 thing...

I dont want to start anything, but thats how its going to be listed...how the MFG lists..

as far as what crosses over, I'll talk to Bill and see how he wants to list them. I feel its safer right now to list the direct application.

As far as the exhaust for the 97-01's...I can get them made. I know there was a change in the Cats, I would need ONE of each. STOCK bodies, stock manifolds...and if possible, Stock induction... we'll probably need the cars for a week or so.

On a side note..I hae a MBRP exhaust for a 91-01 Tib..not sure on the exact app, but I will try to find out. Brand spanking new. If anyone is interested email me @ fixersgarage@gmail.com.

And lastly, I've finaly got some free time so I'm giong to do my very best @ coming here nightly and answering Q's that you guys have. I can take orders now. Some stuff is available right now.
