If it's Mike (Importation manager), you likely won't hear from him for at least another 10 days due to an emergency that put him out of country. This is what the company told me at least when they contacted me a week after I was due to have a Fed Ex number for my shipment. I still don't have the tracking number or the shipment, which likely hasn't even shipped yet.

Don't know why he doesn't have a backup. Mike has seemingly been straight with me but, I'll never deal with Importshark again. My father operates a very lucrative yet small business and if he had to be away tomorrow, someone else would handle all his orders immediately and not a shipment would be lost. I know this to be true because it has happened before.

Mike only handles certain body kits and items ...... honestly, he did have someone lined up to take care of this, but when the kits arrived in cali this person apperently did not follow thru, from my understanding ........ it is being taken care of, and kits will be shipped.

When it comes to body kits I would prefer to have them shipped straight to our location but to maintain relations with the Korean manufacturers we sometimes have to share containers with other companies. In which case we have to rely on that other company to ship it for us.

As I've stated several times in emails and on boards, I just want a refund.
