ok, first off my car came with a stock shark wing. Then i notice i had a different stock wheel than anyone anywhere. does anyone know why? my tib say Tiburon FX, but i have seen other FXs' and not seen these things done. i dont think it was aftermarket since a 40 year old woman drove it for like 8 years before i got a hold of it.
here is an old pic of my car stock a few months ago. https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y1...8/car63353.jpg |
Looks like an SE. But as far as I know those are only available in Canada.
|
must have made its way down from canada somehow. i dont see an old lady putting a shark wing on
|
But then his gauges would be in KPH^^
My blue tib was like that stock. It's an FX. There was a few RD1s in the US with a shark wing stock.. |
No, look at his wheels. Ive seen a few Tibs in NY with the wing, but not with those wheels. All the SEs here in Canada that Ive seen have had both that wing and those wheels.
|
ahh true about the gauges. hmm

Look at the wheels in Zoned's sig, lol. He said he bought his car like that in the States & yet he has the same wheels. |
That's odd, Ive never seen them in the States. Perhaps the SE was available in the US, but it wasnt popular?
|
yeah, i saw a chick driving a black rd1 around the fox valley with the shark wing on it. made me jealous.
|
Did she have those wheels? I like those wheels, I wish mine came with them stock.
