Well guys this is how it goes.. Why paint a part when you can get it powdercoated by me at a fair fordable price? Why powdecoat vs. paint.... what is powdercoating? http://www.finishing.com/Library/pennisi/powder.html
Its 10x more durabile than paint, its baked on at 450 degrees to be cured. The finish quality is overall better than paint..powder resist heat better than paint..

What can be coated any metal!
Of course like paint the metal has to be prepped unless it is a brand new manufactored part..
What happend is I bead blast the part, then it goes threw a chemical wash, then threw a oven to dry everything up, then it goes threw the powdercoat booth to be coated. which is similar to a wet system that youd use on your car. then it goes threw the curing oven to be finalized..

Sounds like something youd be interested it.. well here are some pics of my precious work.

before on this mazda jdm intake manifold

dissasembled and bead blasted and ready for coating

and coated black chrome

and final products installed on customers car
which include black chrome manifold, red fuel injectors, and red front and rear valve covers

and some silvervein valve covers

I have more pics I will post if youd like to see...

Heh, you know I'm all up ons chris.

Get me some pricing and stuff, and put up some color sample sheets so we can pick. I'll be sending you a package this week with a couple of strut bars and some brackets.

See, I'm sending him a knock sensor bracket, a battery tray and clamp, and a few other spare parts I have. He can do those up whatever color and charge you a core charge.

SEND CHRIS YOUR EXTRA BRACKETS, CALIPERS, CALIPER BRACKETS, ect.
