You going for Performance or Rice, I mean looks?

LOL

CAI if you don't have it. Then exhaust and some rims/tires.

hyundaijvx 01-03-2004 02:25 AM

Intake, exhaust, header.

By the time you buy all that, it'll be time for new tires. laugh.gif

the absolute biggest change you can make to how your car runs and handles is rims and tyres.. But really, it also depends on what you want to do with the car. But either for race or rice, you still need nice wheels..

from what you said....rims/tires. contrary to popular belief, electronics do not make your car perform any better.

REDZMAN 01-03-2004 11:19 AM

Sure they do man. If you put a turbo timer on that sucker, it'll perform A LOT better.

LOL

How much do the stock 2nd Gen rims weigh?

Sparticus 01-03-2004 12:36 PM

touché on the turbo timer. haha...

alloy rim, prolly no more than 10 lbs/piece

01tibby 01-03-2004 01:13 PM

random i think it was said the rims weighed like 22 lbs a peice. no way facxtory 15" rims would weigh less than 15 lbs.

97blacktib 01-03-2004 11:12 PM

i already got a full catback and aem cold air intake so yea header, rims/tires would be next. Anyone know wut times 1st gen. tibs get with the header, full catback and intake?

01tibby 01-04-2004 07:43 AM

with the 1.8, you might get into the 15s.
