Default What was done to this RD1's fenders?

Hi all,

need a little help..

What was exactly done to this RD1's fenders?

was it rolled or pulled?

ride height looks to be of a normal drop via lowering springs but the fenders are really putting me off.

what do you think the specs of the tires are?

thanks in advance and sorry if the questions are too noobish
