bet 90% on here will say rd2 should be wingless

 

^^^ i don't like the spoilerless look on RD2's, just looks like something is missing

i would put a stock spoiler back on, or if you have to cut new holes anyway mold on a shark fin from an RD1, that would look good!

edit: just noticed holes for stock spoiler, but you'll have to fill the others anyway so either one would be a defenite improvement

 

I really dont like any tib spoilerless unless it has the right bodykit.
I really dont like the factory spoiler either. the shark wing would probaly look good but I think those are hard to get. I 've been thinkin about a body kit but might just do the hd kit first to see how it looks.

Hey guys I searched for the black headlight housings and the black corner housings but couldnt find them anywhere.
Could someone please help me on this?

Also where could I get my tails smoked/tinted?

type in tiburon smoked tail in ebay and things will come up. Ebay sells the whole taillight housing or you can find just the overlay sometimes too. If you don't see exactly what you need find one of the powersellers of those items on ebay and ask them, they will be able to get them for you easy. I paid about $65 for my taillight housings shipped and they were perfect. Plastic overlays are much cheaper though at like half the price. Some overlays are just the tint/vinyl you buy from pep boys already shaped tho so if thats what your looking for then just go to pepboys and cut it yourself

 

to tint your tails you just go to jegz and get a can of nightshades. its like 13-15 bucks and looks great, i did mine 2 summers ago and its still holding up strong as ever.

The nightshades is ok. Ive never really been a huge fan of it. It gets darker as you put more coats of it on. Ive done a few sets for people and what I do is usually a couple good coats and then I follow that up with a nice clear coat to make it shine better. I would much prefer the tinted lens replacements that SFR sells. (kdmstuff.com) They arent that much and you remove the old cover and put the new one on there.

there should be a DIY around here somewhere... but the headlights you take them apart, paint the chrome black, and then put them back together

Okay, but what do you paint the chrome with? Would that interfere with the light that reflects off the chrome.
Or is the chrome just for looks maybe??
What about the sidemarkers, do I just paint the lenses with nightshades?
