Pics from today after a 4 day weekend of hard work starting friday night and ending now.

 

Is that a glowing shift knob?

 

yes, bought it at autozone, ripped out the battery powered circuit board with 3 leds, then installed 6 of my own blue shaved LEDs, and ran power to the headlamp switch.

want to add better pix of a few of the less noticable things.

 

looks great DTN! doesn't it feel good to finish things up? yeah that shifter looks really good. i might ask you for a favor with my gauges if i don't get to mine myself.

the only thing i don't quite agree with is the tails. i keep saying this to every member. take the plastic lens out and paint the light panel to match your car. it'll look a lot better.

 

you're saying i should paint the chrome portion cobalt blue? that's a pretty interesting idea. That is what you're talking about right?

btw... i'm faaaaar from finished. I still have alot left on my todo list. I had a month to drive my vehical cross country alone and come up with ideas.
