all i see is a cheapo ebay strut bar and a weird spare tire cover.. lmao.gif lmao.gif nana.gif

show some uncovered pics. only thing i would ever do for subs in a hatch is an angled box, but to each is own.

^^Punk!!! LOL!

Ok, here you go!

Some build pics:

This was hard to do emotionally!! I took a perfectly nice BRAND NEW 12" Blaupunkt Bass Tube and literally Cut it in half with my hand held circular saw!

The Blaupunkt sounded nice, but I wanted a bit more punch! It got replaced with a brand new Alpine Type R 12!

I obviously used one of my original Centerline rims to help line everything up just right.

And the final Product:

New Audio Setup:

Elemental Designs Nine.2 Sub Amp
Elemental Designs Nine.4 Front and Rear Stage
Elemental Designs 7kv.2 Subs in the rear quarter panels to replace the 6x9's
Polk Audio db351 in the rear cargo shelf
Polk Audio db351 to replace the Front Dash Speakers
AudioPipe 3 way crossovers for the rear stage
Lightning Audio 1 Farad Capacitor

Sorry, the rim isnt completely polished. I am still waiting on my spare rim to get here from Centerline. LOL! The most expensive part of my build this time is the speaker grill!!!

Thanks guys! Definitely appreciate it!! Been working on this for a while now.

It sounds good IMO. Especially considering that the poor Type R 12 is only getting about .43 Cubic ft. of room to work in!!! Hits nice and low. I wanted a system that would compare to the two type R 10's I had before. This actually comes really, REALY close with only the one 12 and two 6.5 subs in the quarter panels. I suppose I should take some pics of those for you guys as well. To be honest, I think I am MORE impressed with the elemental designs 7kv.2 (6.5" subwoofer) than I am with the Alpine!!! They hit SO hard they make the entire back panels vibrate like mad. I actually had to turn them down quite a bit. I suppose I'm gonna have to rhino line the insides of the plastic panels in the back so I can crank them as well as the Alpine!
