I just entered for the hell of it and to boost the show numbers. It seems like there's less and less people entering and the shows are disappearing around here.
I didn't win anything, and didn't expect to without exterior mods. Sorry, no rice on my car FTL! I suppose a nice EVO hood could have helped. *cough* Chris *cough*
Oh yea, and I bet you could guess what I lost to. A fake Veilside Tib with some audio and mild n/a mods.
Anyways, I don't post pics of my car too much, so here's a few from yesterdays show.

Why is stuff on the outside of your car rice? lol. If everythnig is balanced youd not only win shows, youd have a fast car aswell. a bodykit is a maybe. a hood and drop look really hot and not ricey imo. But its nice to see people entering shows on here.

I didn't really try hard. Just vacuumed a little and waxed for the first time. lol
Body kits = weight, and most of the time clearance issues. This was my first show. My money 95% of the time goes into the engine bay, not the rest of the car.
As for dropping the car. I'm most likely gonna look into a custom set of Eibachs.

i will agree with the bodykit thing. any bodykit with boost is unnecessary. i must say though, the CF/FG hood is a must. I instantly noticed a weight difference. The car felt a lot lighter on my N/A. They don't make nice bodykits for Tiburons, at least nothing that looks like it would be factory, nothing that fits the curves.
I do think you should have won. I think it depends on a lot of things, like a theme. If you have a theme you'll win. Car shows don't like nice fast and clean, they like crazy, wild, and 22's.

Just my 2 cents... I think removing the mudflaps would help the look of the car and it's also free, so you can still put your $$$ towards the engine cool.gif
On the other hand car looks great... I can always appreciate a sleeper smile.gif
