Well i finally got around to borrowing the digi camera from work today.

i DIDNT get around to washing, or cleaning out the car tho lol.

 

sucks that's an auto but like your steering wheel.

How has the niteshades affected the lights?

Are the blinkers still highly visible?

And what about your headlights? DO they put out the same amount of light?

Yeah, I hate the fact that its an auto (tho the tibs auto isn't as bad as some I've driven). I ALMOST didn't take this Tib when a friend offered to get me a good deal at the dealership for it, but i craped another motor in my neon the week before and didn't have much choice LOL. If anybody wants to find me all the stuff I need to do a manual swap I'd much appreciate it.

The side lights lost some of their visibility, but they still shine thru just fine, i had to check, 'cause I went for safety right after i painted them. If i had this to do over, and if i DO it over, I'm gonna leave the interiors chrome, and just paint the lenses......Long story behind why both got painted LOL. If you can get the lenses apart CLEANLY, they look much better with the lenses clear and the interiors black, but i had 2 many blemishes to leave it see thru 02.gif
The head lights function just as well as ever. With the bezel on the projectors painted the beams actually a bit cleaner, i don't have random spots of light from reflection. The high beams don't seem to have suffered anything. I'm gonna try using clear coat and black resin pigment to tint the reflectors, HOPEFULLY it will take out the last of the chrome (I really don't like chrome and red :s , never have liked it even on my paintball guns lol.), without taking away 2 much light.

Side note, i found that "smoke" resin pigment is dark brown not black/gray so thats why the tint is brownish. I'm not sure if i should feel stupid about that or not, i just assumed it was dark gray sad.gif

rims...........welllll, id LOVE a set. Actually I cant afford to add a set just yet, but it'll happen. If you got any ideas about what would look nice then feel free to chip in comments.
Actually id be willing to trade my Neon for a set of nice rims right now LOL, i need the parking space.

I also need tint, i had to pull it when i went for safety.

And the weathers been CRAPY, its rained almost every day this week. Course down by the coast its realy nice and sunny, NOOOO its just GOTTA rain at my house....the world hates me i know...Now that im over my self pity streak for the day.
