I'm not a fan of the fake CF either but it looks ok in those pics. Few people will ever see your sills anyway so do whatever you like.

Because you're in the UK though, I reckon you should track down some of the F2 door sill trims fing02.gif

 

^^ I have a set similar to those. They're chrome and have the Frosted "Coupe" on them. I've been looking for a new set because they plastic clips on the bottom have all broken off, and they're all scratched up.
