the color they are talking about (red) is cardinal red. the color my tib is....under certain kinds/colors of light it looks much more orange than red. but on a sunny day (like today, at least where i am) its VERY red. think fire engine red times 20.

In 2000, Hyundai made Cardinal Red and Jazz Orange. The Jazz Orange looks red in daylight, but can appear orange under certain lighting. It's the color I have, it's really brilliant and very unique. As for Cardinal Red, I have only seen 1 or 2 tibs in that color. It didn't look very burgundy, but maybe under the right lighting it would.
 The color is NOT Burgandy Red, Cardinal Red, or Jazz Orange. The color most likely being referred to is Antique Rose. It's a very rare color but I have seen pictures of it. I know there is a member on HP that has one, not sure if they're here or not. I believe it was a female.
I will search for pictures....
As far as proof that it does exist, check out "Available colors" at the bottom of this link:

Found out it's "tibgrrl" who has an Antique Rose Tiburon.
