That does worry me. I havent done a search on how many have had blown accent trannies after a Beta swap. Most every swap has the Elantra tranny but i was lazy and cheap. And I didn't want th Pull type clutch.

A lot of people have blown the Accent trans in one way or another even n/a with the 1.6l. It may hold up if you don't shift hard. Some people have gotten reasonable transmission lifespans with close to 200hp.

i'm planning to Daily, also shooting for some good MPG and as of couple days ago it's ready for tuning but this new Win 10 laptop doesn't like Megasquirt so need to downgrade OS.
