Well, most of the Koreans could care less about a Tuning Market in the US.
I'm sure there are dynos and timeslips out there, but they obviously don't care.
Someone pop the topic back up again for us at Kspec's forums.
I'll EMAIL Axis about it, and harass everyone till I get a good answer.
