i dont think ive ever posted pics, and ive been working on it lately, so its been on my mind. figured a few of you might enjoy my 1 day a year racer.













its a honda ht3813.

13 hp
twin cyl
liquad cooled
SOHC
2 valves per cyl
4 stroke

custom mitsu TD04 turbo off a TT 3000GT
custom exhaust (not pictured)
custom paint
custom gas pedal (relocated from the dash, to a 'Big FooT' pedal assembly on the floor)
red underbody neons
red 'cobra eyes'
dual gauge pod with boost and temp gauges
custom electric fan from a probe turbo
bypass (BOV) also from a probe turbo


PUSHING 5 psi!!!!!!

wastegate welded shut, sothe turbo spools as much as it can off the little motor.

that's pretty cool.

 

'NOS' will probably be going on later this year actually. dyno wise, ill see what i can do. im not spending any cash on it since its just a toy, but maybe i can talk a local dyno into doing it for free. ive also been trying to get sponsered so i can do this set up a bit nicer.

do you feel a big difference after you installed turbo?

 

i felt a difference when the timing was off with only 1.5 psi.

5 psi on anything is very noticeable. that isnt a guess, its from an actual boost gauge.
