I'm from Lacey, WA (about 50 miles from Seattle).

I like Washington, except for the rain. The last few years the rain has been brutal. For the few years leading up to that it wasn't too bad as long as you weren't on the coast.

Loved the summer, and liking fall so far. Hard to complain about 83 degrees and sunny.

I'm always up for a meet if people want to get together.

It's tough to get a big meet going this time of year, but I think we should try hard to put together a big meet next summer.

In December the Toy Run is coming up. That's always fun. smile.gif

 

Here in Vegas, it's 83 degrees at 2am. blink.gif

 

It's 46 degrees here right now lol.

I might have to make a Vegas trip in the middle of winter if I get too tired of the cold and rain.

 

I do have a guest bedroom.

 

Well if I come down we'll definitely have to hang out some at the very least.

 

Ok, we're having our 4th annual season opener Saturday, May 15th. There will be more info to come in it's own thread, so stay tuned if you're interested. Meeting point has been preliminarily set at Millersylvania State Park in Washington, about the middle of the west half of the state.

Additionally, we're having a sort of "group buy" on DDM Tuning HID kits for the locals. The price is the same $29.99 that everyone pays, but we're buying together to save on shipping. So if you're local and interested get a hold of me. This is not going to be a huge savings (no more than $5 per kit shipped total savings) so don't go out of your way if you're nowhere near Olympia, WA. Anticipated order date is around the middle of February.

Still hating the rain here, it's no wonder why the suicide rate skyrockets in the fall/winter/spring. Hasn't been bad this week at least.

Currently Saturday looks like it should be cloudy but not raining, as opposed to Friday and Sunday that look like rain.
