When: Saturday - August 14th, 2010.
Where: Portland, Oregon to Oregon Coast - Seaside/Cannon Beach
Details: Meet in the Target parking lot in Tanasbourne area at 10:00 am. Tanasbourne is right off Hwy 26 - on the way to the Oregon coast. Cruise to Seaside/Cannon Beach

We will start and meet at the Target at Tanasbourne at 10am and roll out from there. Distance from meeting point to Seaside - approx. 70 miles; 1 hour 20 minutes.
Seaside is approx. 5 miles from Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park. There is a very nice view point from Ecola and a decent size parking lot for some photos with the ocean in the background. For those who remember the movie The Goonies, you may recognize Haystack Rock from the opening scene as well as some of the other scens that were filmed at Ecola State Park.
Restaurants
Seaside: From a hole in the wall to the more casual dining choices.
Cannon Beach: A more quaint coastal town with a handful of restaurants.
For people heading down from the north, the meeting place to caravan down together is the Fred Meyer in Tumwater, WA.
I-5 exit 102. You can see it from the exit.
