ok, If i'm running like only 7psi, WHAT DO I NEED?? manifold, Turbo, Intercooler, BOV, Piping....then????
i don't wanna mess with injectors and ECU

For 7 PSI you will need.


Turbo Manifold.
Turbo
Wastegate
BOV routed back to intake
Intecooler
Piping
new exhaust
new cat
new muffer
piping from turbo to intercooler
piping fron intercooler to Throttle body
Injectors would probably be needed, 5-6psi you might get away with it, but no 7.

You will need to do SOMETHING with the ECU. S-AFC, Uni-chip...something. A stock ECU will not work..period.
