That's a Delta engine so possibly an NGM Assassin S/C? :dunno:

I remember seeing that long ago as one of the early s/c's for the GK Tiburon. It required a large bump added to your hood.

I still think it's modified sc12/14 or variant like from a merc with custom fabrication that T.C at NGM House Of Power could have done
