What is this for? its from a turbo tiburon, i know that the oil feeds, comes from the block ( up ) and the other goes to the oil pan, right? but this???

hope the pic show up......

if this dont show up, can somebody tell me how can i upload a pic?

I don't see a pic, but if there's another input/output line on the turbo, then it could be the coolant line.

the pic didnt came out, but its was a poc of the down part of the engine.... up from the oil pan... right in the block.

If I were to guess I would say that he is getting the oil for the turbo from the head. You can always ask him lol, he is on most if not all of the boards. wink.gif

that oil drain looks a little low on the pan. It should be above the oil level to let the turbo drain properly

so?!, the oil feed back it must goin the block engine like this pic, and not in the oil pan?? like the pic number 7 ??

That is 2Uniqs Tib with the Alpine Kit. The fitting in the block is for the oil return line from the turbo, the feed for the turbo comes from the head. The hole in the oil pan to my knowledge he used for his oil temp gauge probe, that is why it is so low in the oil pan. Myself I decided to route the oil feed into the the upper part of the oil pan rather than drill into the block. smile.gif

ok.. that makes more sense. Personally, I would have drilled the pan as well.. even though the "skirt" part of the block takes little stress, I would not want to drill and tap it.
