TurboXS or Forge?

TurboXS or Forge?
So I'm planning to get rid of my HKS BOV and I was thinking about getting a Forge unit instead. But now I'm thinking maybe TurboXS also. They have the RFL, which stands for Really F'n Loud and the Hybrid. I wouldn't get the RFL since it would get annoying pretty quick.
Both the Forge and TurboXS can be bolted in the stock location and there's only about a $30 difference between the 2 (Forge is cheaper).
Out of the two, which company do you think makes a better BOV or who would you trust more so than the other?
