Default tubular manifolds

I'd like to find a tubular manifold to get equal length runners or have one made if i have to. Does anyone have a tubular manifold or bought one of the cheap tubular manifolds off ebay? I'd like to know how it does before i spend the money on something. Also if anyone has had a cast manifold and a tubular one i'd like to know if you saw any kind of performance difference between the 2.

I'm having a shop locally custom build mine. It's expensive as piss, but they do great work and it'll fit my needs perfectly. Can't speak for numbers, but the benefits of a tube manifold (flowing, steady curves) vs a log manifold made up if hard, 90 degree angles should be pretty self explanatory. It really boils down to goals, budget and whether the performance gains are worth the cost difference.
