A colder plug than stock... how many steps colder dependent on the PSI you want to run. They should be gapped a tad bit closer. Its essentially like what you do when running nitrous.

NGK one step colder than stock. I think the gap is 0.032.

it dosen't really matter what plug you use. get a set of accels 1 or 2 steps colder depending on how much boost your running. it's only going to run 4 or 5 bucks for all 4 plugs too.

I just bought 4 NGK Vpower spark plugs from Pepboys today.

I'm yet to install 'em.

Anyone know how often I have to change them versus stock?

Also, do I have to have wires to feel gains?

**EDIT**

Shit. I got part # BKR5ES-11. Isn't that pretty much like an OE spark plug? It's still V-Power though...

You can also knock off the -11 at the end and gap them yourself. My parts stores don't have the pregapped ones.

BKR6E for up to 100hp increase.
BKR7E for over 100hp increase.

Here's how NGK uses its part # system:

Denso Iridium are the best plugs in the world. I work at an AUTO ZONE and they are it. I run them in my car and They OWN owned.gif Theyre pricey but you wont be dissapointed. I think I paid 13 dollars apiece for them
