Piggyback's are the devil...... Damm SAFC....

Welcome StandAlone..... cant wait to get the full money.....

Piggyback its only good for very very low boost... but you will always have fuel VS timing problem.... The Fuel with this high price is something that I don't want to mess....

With the StandAlone it can make perfectly A/F ratios.... without reseting the stock ECU from time to time.....

^I'm not running "low" boost, I don't have timing problems and I don't have to reset the ECU from time to time fing02.gif

We're not talking about FI setups anyway, but about cams (which be ccould be used N/A or FI).

But, I told I wouldn't talk again about that matter... so I'm out.

The fact that you need some kind of Fuel and Timing management to run these properly.

so maybe you paid the same amount of money as the prs.

the reason jon's so frustrated is because we wouldn't let one of us go looking for CNK to buy a turbo kit, right? its the same concept. he's trying to show you guys that for the same amount of money (or slightly less, or slightly more) that you would pay for a piggy back, you can get something so much better.
you wouldnt pay $500 for a hooker to just give you a blowjob. for $500 she better damn well suck you, f*ck you, and give you a rim job.

You paid $750 for a USED AND ALREADY PUT TOGETHER KIT. So no, it doesn't cost ONLY $750 for the Emanage.
You have a dual rail system, which if someone put it together themselves, would cost them over $1000 to do.
Tim had that kit of yours and got rid of it for the PRS4. That should tell you something right there. And since it's was already used on his turbo Beta and the settings are still there, why haven't you gotten it to work yet? Should be plug n play right?

Your Emanage = $750
PRS4 = $675 shipped
PRS2 ~ $550-600

I may be getting old, but I'm not f-ing blind. Seems to me, and correct me if I'm wrong, but the PRS is $150-200 CHEAPER and does a BETTER job.

I don't understand what you guys are arguing about. :dunnu: I show you prices, explain the DIFFERENCE in the prices, and how it's better, but still you argue that the Emanage is a better deal. It's like talking to a brick wall.

I'm in a BIG city, and there are very few shops that are going to make you a custom rail like that. And don't give me that DIY at home bit. No one has machines in their garage.

So, since you agree that the PRS functions better, then lets get straight to the disagreement in cost:

Emanage - $267
Injector Harness - $28
Ignition Harness - $32
Pressure Sensor - $90
Press. Sensor Harness - $30
Support Tool - $101
Fuel Rail - $30 (if you happen to find it used)
Spacer/Fuel Lines/Milling - $150 minimum

That's at the very MINIMUM $728. And I still haven't seen a wiring diagram for it or a tuning map to run this dual rail setup. And I haven't seen anyone running any GOOD amount of power with it. Plus, the 2nd rail system is just cluttering up the engine bay.

PRS2
$500-600
3 Bar MAP - $40

So that's $540-640 total. You are using your stock wiring and only 1 rail, so it's MUCH cleaner in the engine bay. Plus you can get rid of the MAF sensor to make it look even cleaner. We have a DIY wiring diagram, and a base MAP for 470 injectors.

Are you seeing the $150 price difference now?
