My Turbo Project Runs
Hey guys My turbo project is done and if you have any questions about cost or if i can remake parts for fellow Tibs I can and Will just ask me! But Pm me ill shoot you price and time to build!
Just a little info on the build,
550cc srt 4 injectors
Custom manifold
2.5 inch down pipe
TiAL Q BOV
TiAL 38mm external wastegate
Aem fic 1910
Custom 2.5 intercooler piping
Garrett T3/T4 50 TRIM .48 AR HOT SIDE
And had to convert to a slim fan and also move the radiator forward about an 1 inch for clearance of the dump tube and TiAL wastegate!
The interior is not finished there is the passanger seat yet to be installed and the side pannels will be put on with slots for the harness bar supports to go in!

It made 230 hp and 232 tf lbs torque on 8 psi, but that was only a half pull on the dyno those numbers are at 4200 rpm, the clutch starts to slip right at 230 ft lbs of torque, going to be running the Act 4 puck and Act heavy duty pressure plate! I am thinking that is should put down like 300 hp with 10 psi and a full pull! The only other thing needed to be done is a new oil pan gasket I screwed up the last one and I got a small leak!

Thanks I call it Crazy Ram, cause it is kinda half ram style half crazy! I get alot of complements on it, and it is nice because I have yet to see another like it!

The piece coming off the harness bar is just there to add strength to the harness bar, plus it helps with flex. I will take more pics when the interior is done! Thanks for the compliment man!

Yep, this is all custom made, the only thing bought was the materials! I had a guy make the Flange off a CNC milling machine! We couldnt find a exhaust flange by its self any where but, we made jigs for all all the stuff so if you want one let me know we can make em, but it not cheap lol. This isnt OBX!
