Is my oil pressure low?
Im using 10w30 is that okay?
I have the gauge connected on the feed line to the turbo.and my turbo feed line is connected to the front of the block.
The reading goes up to 60 psi while on throtle.
Could it be that I'm using a vinyl line instead of a stainless line to the guage?
Also I have a super small leak on the feed line that I will fix today.
As for the 14.6 on the wide band, my down pipe is broken before the sensor do you guys think that would send a wrong number?

Try getting your oil pressure reading from the right side of the head, that'd be what your top end is seeing. If your feed line has a restrictor, it might have an artificially low reading.
