Default Is my oil pressure low?

Finished turbo install and my oil on a cold start goes up to 60psi then when warmd up at idle goes all the way down to 10.

Is that normal? Also the lower the fuel pressure, the higher the oil pressure goes.

Also I have 440cc injectors and my car is running really rich.

What fuel pressure do you guys recommend?

Afaik, you want fuel pressure to be as high as your injectors can handle whilst still being able to close. Are you tuning with a digital device, or an ajdustable fuel pressure regulator?

As for the oil pressure... maybe your oil is too thick, but it is normal to have higher oil pressure when cold. I can't give you exact figures though.

For now im only using the fuel pressure regulator until I order the ms3.

But wideband reads 10.6 to Nd it stays there until wot it reads 14.6 then when I let go of throttle it goes all the way to red until it goes back to 10.6 which is rich.

What do you mean by close? If I put the 440cc injectors at 40psi it backfires like its cutting I had to lower it to almost 25 for the car to even let me go wot

As in, the spring inside the injector valve doesn't have enough tension to close against the fuel pressure, which is possible. I googled the stock fuel pressure of some other EFI cars, and most seemed to be around 40 psi stock.

Considering those injectors are roughly twice the flow rate of stock beta injectors, it makes sense that you need to have roughly half the stock fuel pressure to get the car to run. Are you sure there isn't an FIC or a Jaycar fuel adjustor lying around that you can borrow until you go for MS? Running that rich is gonna get everything so diiirty...

Well it hurt the injectors or motor if the fuel pressure of lowered?

And what could I use for now?

It should be fine. You would theoretically make less power with low fuel pressure, as the fuel won't atomize as well. I bet your butt dyno couldn't tell the difference though.

If I were you, I'd get one of these to run in the mean time, they are a proven product: http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=KC5385

You could also go for something like an AEM FIC or an Apexi SAFC.

14.6 at WOT under boost is too lean! Be careful you don't blow that motor. I wouldn't boost until you get a tuner personally, just way too risky to end up costing quite a bit to rebuild a blown motor after all that.

10PSI is under half what you want at a hot idle. This is a Bad Problem in my book, but less bad if the pressure still pumps up again with higher engine speed. Do you ever get an oil pressure light?

Low pressure is likely caused by either too-thin oil or main bearings (or worse) out of spec. Here's hoping you have thin oil.

I think it also depends on where you are getting the oil pressure reading from. Like I have mine from a sandwich plate at the oil filter and the readings (before it stopped working) were very high. I mean while driving at WOT I could see upwards of 100psi then maybe drop to around 60 or so for normal - probably why the sensor gave out. I'm pretty sure if you take the reading from the oil vane along the front of the engine it would be considerably less, I can't give numbers cause I didn't have mine there butsince you don't need a restrictor if taking oil feed from there then I'm pretty sure it's much lower.
