with a diesal turbo, nothing changes in the way it works. it still uses exhaust gases to push the turbo to spool. but... most of them are the size shoe box, not including the compresor. and also think, how long was that turbo used??? how long to diesle engines last. normal big rigs last over a million miles with scheduald maintence and they only use their turbos for efficentcy. to keep the engines cool. you could use one but i dought one would even start to spool at 6000 rpm with nitrous going.

Truck I used to drive.. a GMC (Isuzu) Box truck.. had a big 4 litre straight six with a turbo.. it produced 200hp and over 400lbs of torque... the turbo on that beast was HUGE.. easily the size of a 15 inch monitor.. but you have to rememberm diesels are slow reving.. that engine was redlined at 3100rpms. The Big rigs Redline even lower.. so lag is not really a problem to them.

QUOTE (Speed-Factor)
Yeah that XD could flow a little better than the Log, but I have a new manifold that I will be posting in a couple days that will out preform all the manifolds, and will be easy on the pockets. laugh.gif:

I love you Tim. Heck, we all do.
