The manifold is by OBX which I know is junk but I'm curious who the turbo, BOV and IC manufacturers are.

 

It's all Chinese crap. You can't even buy a rebuilt brand name turbo for that price.

 

I wouldn't go that far. I bought a Chinese T04E with minor shaft play and had it rebuilt with Garrett internals for $250 with a slightly better compressor wheel.







But agreed that the kit is crap. Wastegate and BOV are places you do not want to cheap out. Buy name brand products. Think of it like engine insurance.

 

turbosocks used to get some pretty decent ching chang turbos back when he was sellin parts.



id ask him. he might even make complete kits still
